These Terms and Conditions govern your use of TT Picker, the TikTok comment picker operated by Maetheon. By using our website or tools, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. If you're using TT Picker on behalf of a business, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms for that business.
What TT Picker does
TT Picker reads the public comments on a TikTok video link you provide and selects a random winner for your giveaway or contest. We offer features such as duplicate filtering and keyword rules to help you run fair draws. We provide the tool as it is and work to keep it reliable, but we can't promise it will be available every second or free of every bug.
Free trials
New users get 3 free trials so you can test the tool before subscribing. The trials let you run real draws within the limits shown at the time you sign up. We may change how trials work, but we won't take away trials you've already been given without reason.
Accounts
Some features require an account. You're responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your login details secure. Don't share your account in ways that let others avoid paying for the service. Let us know quickly if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.
Payments and subscriptions
Paid plans are described on our pricing page. When you subscribe, you agree to pay the listed price for your chosen plan. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel through your account or by emailing [email protected]. Prices may change, but we'll tell you before a change affects you. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments already made are generally non-refundable, so please use your free trials to decide whether the tool fits your needs.
Acceptable use
TT Picker is meant for running legitimate giveaways and contests. You agree not to use it to break the law, violate TikTok's own rules, harass anyone, run deceptive promotions, or interfere with how the service works for others. You also agree not to copy, resell, reverse engineer, or overload the tool. If you misuse the service, we may suspend or close your account.
Your giveaways are your responsibility
You run your own promotions, so you're responsible for making them legal and honest. That includes following TikTok's promotion rules, any laws about contests and prizes where you and your entrants live, and clearly stating your own giveaway terms to your audience. TT Picker picks a winner from the comments you point it at; the rules, the prize, and delivering it are up to you.
Fairness of draws
We design the picker to select winners at random, giving qualifying entries equal odds. We show you the entry count so you can verify the pool. That said, the comments we can read come from TikTok, and we depend on that data being available and accurate. We're not responsible for comments TikTok hides, removes, or fails to load on its end.
Intellectual property
TT Picker, including its name, design, and software, belongs to us. Using the service doesn't give you ownership of it. You may use the tool for its intended purpose, but you can't claim it as your own or strip out our branding where it appears.
Availability and changes
We may update, change, or remove features, and we may occasionally take the service down for maintenance. We might also stop offering the service entirely, though we'll try to give notice if we do. We're not liable for losses caused by downtime or changes.
TikTok is a separate service
TT Picker relies on publicly available data from TikTok, but we're not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with TikTok. TikTok can change how its platform works at any time, which may affect what comments the tool can read. We're not responsible for changes TikTok makes, and your use of TikTok is governed by TikTok's own terms.
Your feedback
If you send us suggestions or ideas, you allow us to use them to improve the service without owing you anything in return. We appreciate the input, and using it helps us build a better tool for everyone.
Indemnity
You agree to cover us for claims that arise from how you run your giveaways or from your misuse of the service, to the extent the law allows. In plain terms, if your promotion causes a problem with your entrants or a third party, that's your responsibility, not ours.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws that apply where our business operates, unless your local law says otherwise. We'd always rather sort out a problem directly, so please email us first and give us a fair chance to make it right before taking any other step.
Events outside our control
We're not liable for delays or failures caused by things beyond our reasonable control, such as outages, network problems, or actions by third-party platforms.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, TT Picker and Maetheon aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses tied to how you run your giveaways. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the period leading up to the issue. Nothing here removes rights you have under law that can't be waived.
Ending your use
You can stop using TT Picker and close your account at any time. We can suspend or end your access if you break these terms or misuse the service. Sections that should reasonably survive, such as payment obligations and liability limits, continue after your account ends.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms over time. When we make meaningful changes, we'll post the updated version here with a new date. Continuing to use TT Picker means you accept the current terms.
