The short version
We try to collect as little as we can. TT Picker works from public TikTok video links and the public comments on those videos, so running a draw doesn't require us to hold your TikTok login or anything private about your account. We never ask for your TikTok password.
Information you give us directly
When you create an account, contact support, or subscribe to a plan, you may share your name, email address, and payment details. We use this to run your account, answer your questions, and process payments. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider, not stored on our own servers.
Information about the giveaways you run
To pick a winner, TT Picker reads the public comments on the TikTok video link you provide. This can include commenters' public usernames and the text of their comments. We use this only to run your draw, show you the entry count, and display the selected winner. We don't build profiles of the people who enter your giveaways, and we don't sell their information.
Information collected automatically
